Lynn D. McCoy - President
eSource International was founded by Ms. McCoy.
Prior to founding eSource McCoy spent seven years at ZBR Publications, Inc. in various
senior executive positions, most recently as the President. ZBR
Publications, Inc., is a leading New England based turnkey provider with product
offerings which include web, sheet-fed and demand print, media/CD-ROM
manufacturing, product fulfillment and distribution, and project management.
ZBR was a technology leader is the industry with the team of McCoy and TC Kuan
responsible for developing a wide array of "web tools" which enabled
ZBR to communicate information efficiently to customers and compete in a global
environment. McCoy was involved in all aspects of the organization during
a period of great transition for the printing and turnkey businesses, with
technology, sales and financial management being her key focus areas.
Prior to her experience at ZBR McCoy spent 10 years at the
Bank of Boston. She completed the Loan Officer Development Program in 1982
and then began her lending career in the Middle Market Division of the Bank.
The customer base she developed over the next 4 years included a wide variety of
middle market companies based in New England. McCoy then became a
specialized lender in the Media & Entertainment Division of Bank of Boston
in 1986 and spent the next 5 years lending to internationally based publishing,
cable, broadcast and entertainment companies.
Ta-Chun Kuan - Vice President of Technology
TC Kuan is a co-founder of eSource International. He holds a Masters in
Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor degree in
Electrical Engineering from Feng-Chia University in Taiwan.
Prior to founding eSource with Ms. McCoy, he was employed at ZBR
Publications, Inc. from 1994 until early 1999 as the Director of Technology.
Kuan is a recognized programmer of innovative Internet tools for the
supply chain management industry. In
addition, Kuan has extensive background in setting up full featured e-commerce
sites, programming EDI, interacting at every level with shipping/fulfillment
systems, setting up hardware and managing high volume, critical
Internet/Intranet data and file exchange systems.
