DS Graphics, Inc. is a Massachusetts based printing and turnkey service company who has been an installed user of eSource's PicPacPlus fulfillment and distribution system since the fall of 1999.  eSource advised DS on the purchase of Pitney Bowes shipping software and hardware, installed PicPacPlus and integrated the system with the Pitney Bowes shipping system, DS's existing Workflow Management System and developed the programs needed to automate processing of customer orders.  The PicPacPlus system automatically polls ftp sites for customer order transmissions in EDI and ascii file format and automatically inputs the orders into the system for real time order and inventory status.
